Our next Ministries Leader Meeting will be on Sunday, February 1 at 4 PM.
We’ll begin in the chapel at with a compelling, vision-casting message around what it looks like for us to truly live the sent life… following Jesus in every area of our life and helping others do the same.
At 5:00 PM, we’ll have curated breakout sessions designed to help your Life Group take a next step in living the sent life. See below!
Childcare will be provided until 6:30 PM, so you can fully engage in the evening. Childcare only available by registration.

Building Teacher Guides That Fit Your Group (Without Killing Creativity)
with Seth Hawkins and Jude Hickland
Not every Life Group teaches the same… and that’s a good thing. In this breakout, Seth and Jude will show you how to create a teacher guide that fits your group’s unique DNA while still protecting the teaching ministry of the church. You’ll see a real example and learn a simple, repeatable process for building Bible-centered, conversational, authentic, and life-changing discussions.
Marriage Ministry at The Heights
with Pierce Vanderslice and Heather Baab

In this breakout, Pierce and Heather will roll out upcoming marriage-focused opportunities designed to strengthen, support, and invest in couples at every stage. You’ll get a clear look at what’s launching, why it matters, and how leaders can help couples take their next step toward healthier, Christ-centered marriages.
Introducing Heights University
with David Barrett
Heights University is designed to help people know God deeper through biblical understanding and theological confidence. In this breakout, David will be joined by Susan Wilhoit, Wendy Dreyer, and Keith lair to share the vision behind Heights U, what courses are coming, and how leaders can help people take their next step in knowing and following Jesus more deeply.
Facilitating the Bible, Not Just Teaching It
with Michael Warren
Want to help people discover Scripture for themselves? In this breakout, Michael will introduce the inductive Bible study method and show leaders how to facilitate Scripture in a way that invites observation, interpretation, and application. You’ll leave with practical tools to help groups engage God’s Word together… asking better questions, slowing down, and letting the Bible do the heavy lifting.
Disciple-Making at The Heights
with Madison Bridges
Disciple-making is more than content… it’s a process that leads to real transformation and multiplication. In this breakout, Madison will walk leaders through how to use a disciple-making curriculum alongside a clear, relational process to help people grow, take ownership of their faith, and eventually disciple others. You’ll gain practical clarity on moving from information to formation… and from formation to multiplication.
