The Women’s ministry at The Heights offers support unique to women through Discipleship Groups, Bible Studies, Life Groups, and events throughout the year. We hope to encourage all women to live on mission making disciples by taking personal risks to bring the gospel to every relationship.

Women's Dinner
April 27

The Heights is a large church and we often only interact with the same group of people. For this event, you will be paired up with women from different groups and ages and then meet up for dinner and get to know some new faces. A group leader will tell the group where to meet and how to find the group when you arrive. Everyone meets up and pays for their own meal and hopefully you all leave feeling full and knowing a few more women than you did before.

A discipleship group is a group of 2-4 believers of the same gender who meet once every two weeks. This group challenges its members to not be simply hearers of the Word and to become doers of the Word as James 1:22-25 commands. These groups last 12-18 months, after which group members become leaders of new Discipleship Groups, raising up more disciples. “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
