DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS
WHAT ARE DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS?
Discipleship Groups are small groups of 2-4 people of the same gender, led by a fellow believer, committed to meeting together weekly for a set period of time (usually 6-9 months) in order to be transformed to look more like Jesus, equipped to embrace His mission, and sent out to multiply the Kingdom of God. These groups are centered on biblical curriculum that encourages every member to evaluate their life, beliefs, habits, and opportunities through the lens of of the Gospel. New groups are launching all the time! Ready to join the movement?
WHAT HAPPENS IN A DISCIPLESHIP GROUP
TRANSFORMATION
In Discipleship Groups, believers are challenged to see every area of their life through the lens of the Gospel, to effectively talk and listen to God, to break sin patterns, to practice biblical community and fellowship, and to embrace the mission of the Kingdom in their own lives.
EQUIPPING
In Discipleship Groups, believers spend time learning the heart of the Great Commission, and practicing practical ways to live it out in their daily lives. You will learn to explain the Gospel in your own words, share the story of what Jesus has done in your life, invest in other believers, and more!
MULTIPLICATION
By the end of your time with your Discipleship Group, you will be able to articulate to whom God is sending you to make disciples who make disciples, and as a group, you will decide what your next step in discipleship will be! Because each one of us has been sent to make disciples who make disciples!
