Mike and Kookie Taylor have been married for 41 years and are parents to four children, with two daughters-in-law, a son-in-law, and one beloved granddaughter. After three decades of youth ministry in the United States, God called them to serve in Stockton-on-Tees, England, where they have ministered since 2011. Mike now serves as Vice President of Mobilization for Greater Europe Mission and as Executive Director of UK-USA Ministries. With a heart for discipleship and evangelism, the Taylors are investing their lives in seeing a new generation of missionaries raised up and the people of Europe reached with the Gospel. 

The Taylors’ ministry blends strategic leadership with practical, hands-on service in the UK. Through mobilization, mentoring, and community engagement, they are helping spark movements of Gospel transformation. 

Leadership & Mobilization 

• Serve with Greater Europe Mission and UK-USA Ministries to raise up new missionaries for Europe. 
• Oversee gap-year and summer programs like the Ten2 Project, equipping young believers for cross-cultural mission. 

Local Ministry in the UK 

• Engage in school-based outreach, sports ministry, and servant evangelism. 
• Partner with Jubilee Church and others to disciple youth and encourage local congregations. 

Short-Term Teams 

• Host 25 mission teams annually, including a team from The Heights in July. 
• Provide opportunities for churches to serve as catalysts for evangelism and encouragement across the UK.
