Serving in Narok, Kenya, John Tino leads One Dollar One Cause in bringing hope, sustainability, and the Gospel to the Maasai people. His ministry—known as the Maasai Vision Project—exists to meet tangible needs while proclaiming Christ in word and deed. John’s passion is to show God’s love in practical ways, from caring for children to building sustainable systems, ensuring that lives are transformed both physically and spiritually.

One Dollar One Cause is built on the belief that even the smallest gift can create lasting change when combined with others for God’s Kingdom. Through collaborative giving and direct relationships, the ministry ensures that resources go where they are needed most.
Core Mission
- Share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and show God’s love through tangible acts of service.

- Keep overhead expenses minimal to maximize direct community impact.
The Maasai Vision Project
- Provide food, clothing, medicine, and education for Maasai children in need.
- Build churches and schools that strengthen community life, discipleship, and education.
- Develop clean water solutions through wells, transport trucks, and reserve tanks.
- Support gardens and livestock programs to combat hunger and build sustainability.
- Distribute solar-powered dual-language audio Bibles in the Maasai language and a second language.
