From the beginning of their relationship, E and K shared a heart for overseas missions and a deep desire to make Christ known among the nations. Married in 1994, they waited faithfully until God opened the door in 2007 to begin pursuing full-time ministry through the International Mission Board (IMB). By 2008, they had quit their jobs, sold everything, and moved with their two children to Uganda. After six years of ministry in Africa, God redirected their path to the Middle East, where they spent seven years serving among a people group that is 99% Muslim. Today, they serve in a new capacity—caring for and supporting missionaries across multiple countries—ensuring that those on the front lines are encouraged and equipped to persevere. 

E and K’s ministry has spanned continents and cultures, but their passion has remained the same: to share Truth where access is scarce and to encourage those who are laboring to do the same. 

Uganda (2008–2013) 

• Learned to share the Gospel cross-culturally through language and culture acquisition. 
• Discipled new believers and equipped them to grow in their faith. 
• Built relationships rooted in Christ’s love among communities with little access to the Gospel. 

Middle East (2014–2020) 

• Served among a 99% Muslim population, faithfully teaching and living out the Gospel. 
• Worked as teachers while building bridges of trust and shining the light of Christ in a resistant context. 

Member Care (2020–Present) 

• Provide encouragement, resources, and pastoral care to ~100 missionary families across five countries. 
• Support frontline workers through prayer, counsel, and pointing them continually back to God’s Word. 
• Champion the value of perseverance and faithfulness in the midst of difficult ministry.
