WHAT ARE LIFE GROUPS?
Our weekly Life Groups are small groups designed for you to deepen your relationship with God, grow in your relationship with others, and equip you to live on mission. Think of Life Groups as a church within the church. Since we believe community is the basis for discipleship, our mission is to help you grow spiritually and connect relationally in a Life Group made up of people similar to your age and stage of life. We are happy to help you find a group, so you can be encouraged, serve alongside others and be equipped to take personal risks to bring the gospel to every relationship.
Look for the Guest Connection counter in the Atrium on Sundays.
“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
– Colossians 2:6-7

Story of Scripture
In this Heights U course, Life Groups will walk through the grand narrative of the Bible. We’ll consider how to read the Bible as one story by one divine author that culminates in the person and work of Christ, so that every part of Scripture is understood in relation to Christ.
How to Study the Bible
In this Heights U course, Life Groups will consider why the Bible is so critical to our faith, and we’ll get answers to questions like, Why do we study the Bible? Who can do this? How do we do this? To answer this last question, a dependable approach to studying the Bible is explained and then applied to the different genres—letters, Gospels, parables, narratives, etc. of Scripture.
