Stephany West is the Director of coordination with Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) for the Europe World Zone. In August 2018, Stephany moved to the Europe headquarters office located in Trostberg, Germany. Stephany serves the DCPI church planting trainers and volunteers throughout Europe, while also serving in a local church that is leading a church planting network in Bavaria, Germany.

In December 2022, Stephany married Andy in his hometown in Norway. They are involved in different ministries/organizations and are still figuring out how to do ministry life both separately in their respective organizations, but also together as a couple. They are seeking wisdom in discerning God’s will and plan for their ministries.

Stephany asks that we pray for the persecuted church globally. DCIP trainers are increasingly being imprisoned and persecuted for the work they are doing in equipping God’s Body around the world in some of the most difficult places. Pray for their release from prison and protection of them and their families. In other regions like Europe, they are seeing attacks on their trainers and their families through multiple health crises and diagnosis. Pray for recovery, a restoration of health, and protection from further sicknesses/diseases.
