LEADERSHIP COUNCIL NOMINATIONS ARE CLOSED
Church family,
The nomination window for Leadership Council members has now closed. We are grateful for all who took the time to prayerfully consider and submit nominations.
Thank you for your participation in this important process.
⸻
What Happens Next
The Leadership Council will now begin reviewing all submitted nominations. We are grateful for the many nominations received and recognize that qualified candidates may be passed for future consideration as we only have two positions to fill in this upcoming term.
Each nominee meeting the qualifications will be carefully and prayerfully considered as we seek God’s will for the current two positions. As part of this process, potential candidates may be contacted for further conversation and discernment as well as and confirmation of alignment with the mission, doctrine, and leadership expectations of The Heights Church. Those continuing in the process can expect formal interviews, conversations with family and references provided, and background checks.
Following this process, the final candidates will be presented to the church for approval at the annual church conference in September.

A Prayerful Process
