LEADERHUB

Welcome

This page is dedicated to resourcing our Life Group Leaders to lead, disciple, and minister to our church family! Here you’ll find our current curriculum as well as a supplemental resource library and other general information pertaining to your role as leaders! We are so grateful to minister to The Heights alongside gifted and dedicated leaders who have responded to the call of the Great Commission to go and make disciples.

ReEngage | Beginning February 4th

Re|engage brings couples together to learn about God’s design for marriage and apply biblical principles for building a healthy relationship.

Every week begins in a large group setting, where you will hear stories of hope from other couples whose marriages have been transformed. Re|engage leaders will also share practical steps you can take to improve your own relationship.

After meeting as a large group, participants will break off into smaller groups, with each group led by a facilitator couple. Together, you and your small group will work through the 14-lesson curriculum and learn how to effectively communicate, resolve conflict, and grow closer to your spouse.

Prodigal | Beginning February 4th

Hope and peace are possible even in the midst of prodigal chaos. We believe that no matter what choices our prodigals make, we can still:

  • Lead ourselves and our families faithfully
  • Walk in obedience to Christ
  • Experience genuine joy
  • Consistently bring glory to God
  • Hold firmly to hope

The Prodigal is a ministry to care for and support families of children and loved ones who are wandering from God. Each meeting offers a safe, caring space where biblical truth is taught and lived out through authentic, accountable relationships.

Alpha | Starting January 21st

Alpha is a semester-long course aimed at one goal, creating a safe space for people who don’t know Jesus to bring their questions, thoughts, and curiosity to the table. Over the course of ten weeks, guests and hosts will share meals, watch videos unpacking key questions about life, faith, and God, and engage in meaningful group discussions. Alpha is a ministry rooted in Jesus’ promise that those who seek will find, so we just want to create a space where people feel safe to seek!

Invite your friends to share a (FREE) meal together, hear a talk about the Christian faith, and then talk in small groups about our beliefs and thoughts on life, faith, and God. Oh, and there’s free childcare too!

2026 Curriculum

Our hope for your Life Group is to know Jesus through His Word and His people. This year we are offering three distinct curriculum options — RightNow Media, Message Guide, and Inductive Bible Study —to accommodate the degree of facilitator experience as well as the unique learning styles and preferences in your Life Group.

By offering three unique curriculum tracks, we hope to equip every Life Group to know Jesus more through His Word and His people. Often, its best to interweave these curriculum options into your year to find out what learning style (and even curriculum track) your Life Group is most suited.

RightNow Media offers a video-based curriculum featuring renowned and trusted Bible teachers who guide participants through books of the Bible. This platform is ideal for creative, practical learners and those who benefit from structured, multimedia teaching and facilitation guides.

The Message Guide is designed for those who prefer a more dynamic approach, allowing individuals to engage deeper with Sunday’s message and apply it to their lives through discussion and personal reflection. Message Guides are available the Friday before the message is preached, so Life Groups can use them if they meet at 9:30am or 11:00am.

The Way of Jesus Discussion Guide

The Inductive Bible Study option is tailored for those who seek a hands-on, analytical approach to Scripture, encouraging participants to discover biblical truths through observation, interpretation, and application. For this option, simply choose a book of the Bible and work through it together as a Life Group.

Here’s a few studies to get your started!

If you’re looking for a particular book of the Bible – we’d be happy to set you up with a Smallgroup.com account where you can view, edit and download thousands of small group studies! Email [email protected] to get started!

WILL THERE BE SPECIFIC CURRICULUM FOR ALL LIFE GROUPS?

Yes. In 2025, we will be focusing on prayer and fasting as a church. On March 23, June 1, and November 30, we are requesting that Life Groups facilitate three lessons that will be provided called “A Praying Life.”

WHY DO WE HAVE SUGGESTED CURRICULUM TRACTS?

To help your Life Group know Jesus through His Word and His people, we are offering three distinct curriculum options — RightNow Media, Message Guide, and Inductive Bible Study —to accommodate the degree of facilitator experience as well as the unique learning styles and preferences in your Life Group.

By offering three unique curriculum tracks, we hope to equip every Life Group to know Jesus more through His Word and His people.
