This year we are partnerting with Operation Christmas Child to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of children across the world. We invite you to pack a shoebox, and give a gift to a child!

The mission of Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Since 1993, more than 188 million children in more than 170 countries and territories have received an OCC shoebox. As a result, 12.5 million boys and girls have made a decision to follow Christ.

Pick up a boxes: Oct 22 - Nov 5
(Atrium or Chapel Lobby)

Return boxes: Oct 29 - Nov 12
(Atrium, Chapel Lobby, or Church Offices)

Instructions:

  • Fill your box with fun toys, hygiene items, and school supplies. Don’t forget to include a personal note and photo – sometimes these are the child’s favorite things to receive.
  • Check the appropriate boxes on the label for boy or girl and the age range.
  • PRAY! Most importantly “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17) for the child who will receive your shoebox gift. Pray specifically for:
    • Their family to be receptive to the good news of Jesus Christ
    • The pastor of the church who delivers your shoebox gift
    • Their community to be transformed by the gospel
