MEET THE WEST FAMILY

Since 2018, Stephany West has served with Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) as the Director of Coordination for the Europe World Zone. Based in Trostberg, Germany, she supports DCPI trainers and volunteers across Europe while also serving in her local church, which leads a church planting network in Bavaria. In December 2022, Stephany married Andy in his hometown in Norway. Together, they are learning how to navigate ministry both separately in their respective organizations and together as a couple, seeking God’s wisdom for the future. 

ALL ABOUT THE WEST'S MISSION

Stephany’s ministry is centered on equipping the global Church for multiplication through church planting training, while also engaging locally in Germany and across Europe. 

DCPI Europe Leadership 

  • Coordinate and support church planting trainers and volunteers throughout the European region. 
  • Provide organizational and logistical leadership for DCPI’s Europe headquarters. 

    Local Ministry Engagement 

    • Serve with a Bavarian church leading a regional church planting network. 
    • Support disciple-making efforts that fuel new church plants. 

      Marriage & Shared Calling 

      • Andy and Stephany are discerning how to combine their callings while serving faithfully in their own ministries. 
      • Together, they seek to honor God’s plan for their marriage and ministry impact. 

      WAYS TO PRAY

      • Pray for the persecuted church globally, especially DCPI trainers who face imprisonment and persecution for equipping God’s people. 
      • Pray for healing and protection for DCPI trainers and their families in Europe who are enduring severe health crises. 
      • Pray for wisdom and clarity as Stephany and Andy discern how to serve together in marriage and ministry. 
      • Pray for fruitfulness in church planting efforts across Europe and beyond.
