Church Governance
PROCESS OVERVIEW
Over the past year, a Governance Team—appointed by our Advisory Team—has been prayerfully reviewing our church’s bylaws and overall governance structure. While there’s nothing broken or in crisis, this process has focused on how we can best position The Heights for continued faithfulness, unity, and mission clarity in the years ahead. As part of that effort, we are also recommending updates to our leadership structure to ensure it remains strong, biblical, and well-suited to the needs of our growing church.
