Opening Prayer
Holy God, You are the source of my life and strength. As I ask, “How is it with my soul?” help me to answer honestly. Show me where I’ve grown and where I’ve strayed. Teach me to steward the life You’ve entrusted to me with faithfulness. Amen.
Scripture
· Psalm 139:23–24
· Matthew 6:19–21
· Luke 12:48b
Reflection
Your relationship with God shapes your ability to live with purpose.
Reflect on:
· How is your soul?
· What five words describe your spiritual life this year?
· What spiritual habits have nourished (or starved) you?
· Where have you felt closest to God?
Now consider your resources:
· Where did your time go?
· How have you used your talents?
· Are you at peace with how you’ve handled your finances?
Application
· Today’s Practice: Choose one spiritual practice to prioritize next year (Scripture reading, Sabbath, journaling, prayer, mentorship).
· Financial Reflection: Review your spending. What does it reveal about your heart? Identify one financial change for the new year.
· Time Audit: Reallocate 2–3 hours weekly to something spiritually nourishing.
Carry This With You:
Set reminders to pause and say, “God, You are with me.” Let this shape your day.
Closing Prayer
Lord, everything I have is from You. Help me steward my time, talents, and treasure in a way that honors You. Renew my spiritual hunger and draw me deeper into Your presence. Amen.
