March 13: Living with Resurrection Hope

Scripture:
1 Peter 1:3–12

Devotional Thought:
Peter describes hope as living and active, grounded in the resurrection of Jesus. This hope is not dependent on circumstances—it’s secured by what Christ has already done. Even trials, Peter says, refine our faith and deepen our joy.

Resurrection hope reminds us that suffering does not have the final word. God is at work not only in the present, but toward a future inheritance that cannot fade or fail. Hope lifts our eyes beyond today and reshapes how we endure.

As you close this week, remember: Christian hope isn’t fragile optimism. It’s confidence rooted in a risen Savior who has already overcome.

Reflection:
• How does the resurrection shape the way you view hardship or uncertainty?
• Where do you need to let hope rise again in your life?

Application:
As you head into the weekend, ask God to help you live with resurrection hope—steady, confident, and grounded in Christ.
