Have you ever spoken a word in anger that you wish you could take back? Or done something on impulse that turned out badly? Have you ever wished you could have a “do over?” This morning we are continuing our sermon series called “The Beautiful Broken. All of us are broken. But God doesn’t write us off simply because we have skeletons in our closet, or a ruined reputation. This morning we are going to take a look at a guy with the worst reputation in town … and at how Jesus embraced him and gave him a “do over.” And Jesus will do the same thing for you.
