Teen MOPs

Just for Teen Moms ... We are so excited to announce the initial meeting of TEEN MOPs. These meetings will focus on loving and serving moms of preschoolers! This group will be meeting each Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM in Room C103, which is near The Chapel. Child care will be available for each meeting. Please pray for this group and encourage any teen mom you know to join us for a time of free food, encouragement and fun. For more information, please contact Pennie Olivo at or 972 238-7243.

Mothers Of Preschoolers

If you are a mother of a preschooler, we would love for you to join MOPs!

  • The purpose of MOPS International is to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.
  • We at The Heights want to provide a caring ministry for mothers of preschoolers that helps develop friendships, creativity, leaders, and personal relationships with Jesus Christ. We focus on mothering, womanhood, marriage, and family relations based on Biblical principles.
  • We also have the great privilege of being guided by mature and wise Titus Women in each of our groups. These wonderful mentors help guide you in wisdom as you walk through this journey of motherhood.
  • MOPs provides childcare through a wonderful MOPPETS program for your preschool children to learn about God’s awesome love.
  • One of the highlights is our great Speakers that educate our moms on a wide variety of topics such as discipline, marriage, health, and time management.

Registration Information:

  • There is a small charge for each semester, Fall and Spring, that helps defray speaker fees, food, and craft materials.
  • You may register for each semester separately, but registration for the entire year saves your spot for these wonderful speakers and activities...
  • Scholarships are available.

Your registration fee also includes:

  • A year’s subscription to MOMSense, the national MOPs Bi-monthly magazine, full of mothering expertise, parenting tips and fun things to do with your preschoolers.
  • Mom-E-Mail, weekly bursts of encouragement!
  • And the MOPs theme book for the year.

 

About Our Program:
Meetings are held twice a month at The Heights Baptist Church in Richardson.
