Surrounded by a clean, safe environment, your child will be tenderly taught about God and His word by our dedicated, trained teachers. You, as parents, will have the opportunity to comfortably participate in Bible Study and our Worship Celebration knowing that your child is happy while he is in JOYLAND.

 JOYLAND MINISTRY GOALS

 The Bible teaches us to "train up a child in the way he should go." We have the opportunity of setting foundations for our preschoolers to learn to do the following:

  • We worship God together. Children in JOYLAND begin worship by marveling at God's creation and learning to sing praises to God.
  • We grow with others. Our little ones dilligently absorb the truths of the weekly Bible story.
  • We serve with others. Preschoolers lay these foundations as they develop the ability to play together, share toys, and take turns. Our JOYLAND staff serve each Sunday so that our parents may comfortably be a part of worship and Adult Bible Fellowship.
  • We share with others. Donating canned goods, toys, and books to people in need encourages our preschoolers to share with others.

Children are a priority at The Heights, and we view our responsibilities to nurture the next generation as biblical. Our teachers will do everything possible to guide your children in their spiritual journey, teaching them that God loves them, God made them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever. We realize that parents and guardians are the primary spiritual leaders in the home, so we also offer tools to equip you as you instill biblical truths and values with your child.

We invite all Preschoolers (birth to pre-kindergarten) to join us in JOYLAND on Sunday mornings for both the 9:15 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. services. Please visit the JOYLAND Desk to receive your child's JOYLAND room assignment. All of our classes are located on the first floor of the children's building. As you enter into JOYLAND you will be greated by a JOYLAND volunteer who will assit you in finding the appropriate classroom for your child.
