ABFs for those who are 65 and better
This season of life is full of changes and challenges. At The Heights, you will find people walking the same path as you and with whom you can build lasting relationships.
It is also essential that we feel connected to God during this time. Our Bible studies help equip and renew; to give you strength to deal with what lies ahead. Bible Fellowships also present opportunities to have fun and stay active. Each of our ABFs has its own personality and we pray that you will explore several different groups.

During the Week
Monday-Funday meets 1st Monday of every month except for holidays it will be the 2nd Monday. NO reservations required and it begins @ 11am. Food, fun and fellowship await you!!
Also, every Tuesday & Thursday a women’s senior adult exercise class meets at 10am.
LLL – Live Love Laugh - Meets on the second Tuesday of each month for a meal, fellowship and entertainment. The cost is $10.00 and reservations are required. Call Shelly at 972-238-7243, by the Monday before LLL by 10:00 am sharp. Our upcoming programs include:
