Family: I’m blessed to married to Jennifer Burke, and dad to my son Daniel II, and daughter Clare Grace.

Ministry at The Heights:
College/Singles and whatever else John tells me to do.
 
Bible verse currently being used by the Holy Spirit in my life:  James 4:14 “…what is your life?”
 
What I'm most excited about at The Heights right now is:  How we can lead our people to connect their neighbors and coworkers to Jesus Christ.

When I think of sports, I think of:
The New York Yankees, and all 27 (and counting) World Series Championships.
 
A book I am reading right now & you should read too:  Necessary Endings, by Henry Cloud
 
In 6 months, I want to look back and know I accomplished this: Lead others to follow Jesus and lead others to Him.
 
The 2012 Texas Rangers season will be best described by: Weeping and gnashing of teeth.
 
Social Networking, to me, is: Limitless tools to connect to others and share life.
 
I personally connect to the people God placed in  my neighborhood by: We watch sports together, we share my grill, and we eat. 
 
My favorite TV show is: Curb Your Enthusiasm. And Monday Night Football.

I am currently praying for:  To be someone who knows Jesus well and brings others to Him. And that I can lead others to do the same thing, especially my kids.

My favorite restaurant in the DFW is: Javier’s on Cole Avenue. Tell your spouse if they really love you, they will take you there soon.
